Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how LUMA Auto Studio ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you visit lumaautostudio.com or contact us.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect your name, email address, phone number, vehicle information, and any details you provide through our contact or quote forms.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to respond to inquiries, schedule appointments, send service updates, and improve our services.

3. SMS Communications

LUMA Auto Studio sends SMS/MMS messages only to customers who expressly opt in through a separate consent checkbox in the website chat widget. Customer-care and promotional messaging consents are separate, optional, and unchecked by default. Providing a phone number or submitting a quote request does not constitute SMS consent, and consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. 6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
