5. SMS Communications

Customers may opt in to SMS/MMS through the chat widget on lumaautostudio.com. The customer-care consent and promotional consent are presented as two separate, optional checkboxes that are unchecked by default. Selecting one does not select the other, and providing a phone number or submitting a quote does not constitute SMS consent. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Customer-care messages may include responses to inquiries, quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, and vehicle service updates. Promotional messages may include occasional service offers and maintenance reminders only when the promotional checkbox is selected. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
